Commagic Chat puts an AI assistant on your website that answers visitors for you, and turns your website's form entries and chat conversations into leads in your Commagic account.

Setup guides

  • WordPress plugin: for sites built with WordPress. Supports Contact Form 7, Elementor Forms, WPForms, Fluent Forms, Gravity Forms and Ninja Forms.
  • Wix app: for sites built with Wix. Supports Wix Forms.

Get a connection code

Each website is connected to your account with a one-time connection code.

  1. Sign in to your Commagic dashboard at https://app.commagic.ai.
  2. Open Integrations → Website chat.
  3. Choose WordPress plugin or Wix app and click the button to get a connection code.
  4. Copy the code and paste it into the plugin or app on your site.

A code works once and expires after a short time. If it has expired or has already been used, get a new one.
