Financial optimization
PilotEvery invoice, next to the factory price.
Spend, invoices, budgets, cash, cards and payments on one screen. Magic checks every invoice against the factory price and the work schedule, catches unnecessary spend and shows where your company can earn more.

All of your company's money on one screen

Match before payment
Order, delivery note and invoice are matched line by line. Any gap goes to approval before money reaches the supplier
Real-time budget
For every project or department: plan, actuals, commitments and balance
Cash on schedule
Inflows and outflows are forecast from the work and purchasing schedule, not from last month
Corporate cards
Virtual and physical, with limits by project, crew, employee, category and supplier. The bank issues the cards, Magic sets the limit logic
Bill pay
Invoice → check → approval → payment → posting to the books. No manual entry
Payments and FX
Domestic and international supplier payments, bank terms side by side, and numbers to negotiate with
Financing inside the deal
Deferred payment terms of 30, 60 or 90 days, early payment, inventory and import financing. The bank makes the decision and provides the funds
Loss prevention
The system checks payments for duplicates, changed bank details and off-policy spend, and sends suspicious ones to approval before payment
Savings screen
For every line item: what you paid before, what you pay now and what made the difference
Four sources of savings the module is built on
Purchase price
Every invoice is compared with the pooled-order price and the landed cost. For a developer, materials are the largest line of direct costs, so the main impact lies in the price of what gets bought.
Contractor invoices
Each progress claim is checked against work verified on site before payment.
The cost of money
Deferred payment terms and a bank instrument tied to the deal count as a separate line of impact. Cash stays in the business instead of going to the factory as a prepayment.
Your own price base
Factory quotes and actual deliveries that build up in Magic deals.

The other half of savings is your revenue
The module looks at the revenue side too. It shows:
- inquiries and deals stuck without a reply, and hands them to AI sales agents;
- services your company can offer its own customers through banks: installments, mortgages, insurance;
- fit-out and services that buyers currently look for on their own.
Spend less. Earn more.
Pay for work done
Example. Figures are illustrative.

No payment leaves without a human
The card itself restricts supplier, category and amount. A suspicious payment goes to approval before it is made, not sorted out after the fact.
Amounts, limits and savings are calculated by code with auditable rules. AI prepares the proposal, a person makes the decision.
Magic doesn't hold funds, doesn't lend and never sees card numbers. Payments move between your company, its bank and the payee. The platform sits beside that path, not in it.
Savings with a calculation you can check
Source data comes from your company's invoices and payments, not from anyone's word. Impact is measured on two separate bases, purchase price and spend discipline, and adds up across four layers:
- 1
Direct savings
Price, freight, cost of money.
- 2
Finance team workload
Hours moved from people to the system.
- 3
Prevented losses
Duplicates, errors, contractor overpayments.
- 4
Management layer
Decisions made earlier because the numbers were visible earlier.
Every amount traces back to its source document. We don't promise a savings percentage up front: the number comes from the pilot, on your data.

The number comes from the pilot, on your invoices. We don't promise a percentage up front.
Does the module fit a company outside construction?
Yes. It is designed for any company with purchasing and supplier invoices.
Can we start without cards?
Yes. The pilot starts with invoice matching and the savings screen. Cards come later.
