A flow of deals instead of one-off orders.
A pooled order from many companies becomes steady, regular work: one product range, clear routes, one way of working and one set of documents. The factory produces, the bank finances, the carrier ships, the design firm designs. Magic coordinates.
Magic is building its participant network for the first pilots. Those who join now can take part in the first tenders.

Every role in the deal is covered by its own participant.
One point of coordination instead of dozens of buyers.
The deal runs online.
A person steps in where a lawyer, a banker or a specialist is needed.
What each participant gets
| Participant | What they bring to the deal | What they get |
|---|---|---|
| General contractors and subcontractors | Procurement for their scope of work | The pooled-order price and a line-item cost for each subcontract package |
| Architecture firms | The specification that defines what gets purchased | Full landed cost and delivery lead time for each item, already at the design stage |
| Interior design firms | Selection of finishes, plumbing fixtures, lighting and doors | Three manufacturers and three prices for one design decision; batch checked against the approved sample |
| Engineers and consultants | Review of the calculation methodology | Landed cost calculations with a source for every figure |
| Factories and manufacturers | Product under an annual framework agreement | A pooled order, a known shipping schedule and a bank letter of credit (L/C) |
| Importers and distributors | In-country stock and fast delivery | Demand for stock on hand, warehouse utilization and joint imports |
| Logistics operators | Shipping, freight forwarding, customs | A flow of similar shipments, planned from project schedules |
| Banks | Letters of credit, bank guarantees, deferred payment terms | A flow of documentary transactions and corporate clients who arrive with the deal |
| Insurers | Cargo-in-transit coverage | One contract for the whole flow, a known product range and routes, inspection of every batch |
| Referrers | A personal introduction to a company | Status on every introduction and a fee under the agreement |
Lines that don't move

The specification stays with the designer.
Magic shows options within the chosen design and doesn't change the standard.
Selection runs on equal terms.
Importers take part in the tender on the same footing as everyone else and don't see other participants' commercial data. Ranking rules are the same for every participant and are set out in the agreement.
The bank makes the credit decision.
Magic prepares the deal and the documents. Approval comes from the bank itself.
Money does not pass through Magic. Payments flow between the client, their bank and the seller. Magic coordinates the deal, does not buy the goods and does not take them onto its balance sheet.
