Questions and answers

For clients
What is Magic?
An AI ecosystem of seven modules: procurement, finance, construction, sales, mortgages, valuation and homebuyer services. Orders from many companies go to the factory as one batch, and apartment buyers get fit-out at the price of that same order.
What stage is Magic at?
The model and the architecture are ready. Financial optimization, group purchasing and business automation are launching as pilots with the first partners. Construction control, mortgages and the buyer workflow are in development, and property valuation is the next stage. Each module's status is shown on its page.
What is a pilot and what does a partner get from it?
One module or one procurement category, selected projects and a fixed timeframe. The partner gets results measured on its own data, plus first-partner terms.
How does it start?
With a pilot of one module on your projects. A Magic manager contacts each company personally and works with it to choose where to begin.
Does my money pass through Magic?
No. Payments go through your bank.
Where is my money between the prepayment and shipment?
Magic deals provide for settlement through a letter of credit (L/C) or a bank guarantee, and the terms of payment to the factory are secured by the bank. Magic does not hold customer money.
Do I need to change my ERP, accounting system or suppliers?
No. Magic connects to your systems and shows the alternative next to your current terms.
Who is the importer of record, and who is responsible for compliance with the Israeli Standard (SI)?
Both are named in the deal agreement before payment. Import requirements and responsibility for them are set out in the deal agreement. To take part in a tender, a factory confirms its certificates for the destination market.
What if the goods arrive defective?
Deals provide for pre-shipment inspection of the batch. Replacement and compensation for defects follow the terms of the supply agreement, and Magic gathers the documents for the claim. Defects lower the factory's rating in future tenders.
What lead times are realistic?
The lead time in an offer is calculated through to the site: production, freight, port, customs clearance and delivery. A port buffer is already built into it.
What if the factory misses its deadlines?
Late-delivery penalties are provided for in the factory agreement. Agents track the batch from the first day of production and flag delay risks early, and any missed deadline is reflected in the factory's rating.
Who pays the customs duty if the goods are misclassified?
A customs broker verifies the tariff classification (HS code) before shipment, and customs duty is included in the landed cost. Liability for a classification error is set out in the deal agreement.
How is impact measured?
Against two baselines, kept separate, on your own invoices, with a calculation anyone can reproduce.
How is Magic different from corporate card and expense management services?
Magic works with the price of what the company buys: each invoice is checked against the pooled order price and the landed cost. The module also shows the revenue the company can earn from its own customers.
Can other companies see my order?
No. A request enters a pooled order without a name.
Where is Magic launching?
The first pilots are in Israel. Canada and the US are the next markets. The finance module and automation are designed to work in any country.
Does Magic work outside construction?
Yes. The finance module, automation and group purchasing are designed for hotels, manufacturing, retail and services.
For partners
What does it take to become a partner?
An application, a review and an agreement. Requirements for each role are on the partner pages.
How are offers chosen in a tender?
On common terms, by landed cost and by the record of past deliveries.
Who is responsible to the customer for the goods?
The seller. Warranty, returns and delivery remain the seller's responsibility. Magic helps gather the documents for a claim and maintains seller ratings.
For investors
